Development using Software | Photoshop Studio

    On 7th and 8th of October, in class, I did the initial ideas for my designs on Photoshop. 

    Firstly, I browsed the model template for the ideas of my designs. This was my model template that I chose.

    I opened the Photoshop. I clicked 'New File', chose 'Print' to select the paper size. I chose A3 for the paper size, I didn't change anything and straight clicked 'Create'.

    I put the picture of the model template to Photoshop. Then, due to I wanted to make two initial designs, I right clicked the mouse on the model template layer and clicked duplicate, to make double of the model template. 

   

    Then, I used 'Pen Tool' to create the design of the dress #1. I searched fabrics that I might use for the dress and I put to the Photoshop. In the layer of the fabrics photo, I right clicked and picked 'Create Clipping Mask' to make the picture as one as the dress.

    I created scarf as the accessories using 'Pen Tool' and I gave light yellow colour.

 

    I added the fabric that I found on the internet which the fabric material that I wanted to use for the scarf, feathers. I put the picture of the fabric and I 'Create Clipping Mask' to make the fabric was on the scarf.

    Here, I made the second design. I used 'Pen Tool' for making the design of the dress. And, I coloured it just for base.

    Then, I looked the fabrics that I wanted to use for the dress on the internet and I added to Photoshop. After that, I right clicked the photo of the fabrics and chose 'Create Clipping Mask' to make the photo of the fabrics were one with the dress design. Also, the bottom of the dress, I adjusted the opacity to create illusion of transparency.

    This is the final result of the two designs that I made on Photoshop Studio. In addition, I used 'Brush Tool' to make sparkle on the bottom of the dress for the first design dress.

    These are the two designs that I made in class as a practice how to use the Photoshop. It was a helpful experience to develop and improve my skill how to use a software, Photoshop for my project later.
