Robe Making Process - Part 1

    Here, I want to show the process while I was making the robe for the school uniform design.

    The Design

    Firstly, I folded the wool. Then, I measured the height and waist of the mannequin. Next, I drew on the fabric and cut it (I did not take a picture). The measurements were not exactly like the design because the fabric was not enough. 

    Secondly, I did the same thing to the other fabric for the double lining. The measurement is the same as the wool. Then, I sewed together. The technique I used for sewing the robe was turning the cloth over and facing it again to make the robe look tidier and the threads not visible.

    Then, I made a hem for the bottom of the robe. Before I sewed, I cut the fabric to make it the same length. After that, I folded it to the inside to make it hem and sewed.
